Margaret holds a BS in Business Administration, a Master's Degree in Ministerial  (Pastoral) Leadership, and over 20 years of recovery experience. She is also a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and Trainer through the State of Tennessee. 

Julia is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist through the State of Tennessee and has over 2o years of experience in recovery. Julia has a background in logistics/procurement and a passion for being a 'link' to connect people with resources.

Brittany has a background in leadership and service roles in several industries. She has over ten years of recovery experience and is an indispensable part of our office and day-to-day operations with our residents. 

Connie and David Herring, the Directors of Women of Hope Ministries for 23 years, have helped thousands recover their lives from the damaging effects of substance abuse. Both of them are beloved by many!

Belinda has 20+ years’ of bookkeeping experience in various industries on three continents. She was initially referred to us by the SBA for some assistance with Quickbooks and has since graciously offered to oversee our finances as the Treasurer on our Board of Directors. 

Mandie is the Administrative Director for the Ramp at Omega Center International and a liaison for the Hope House residents who volunteer at OCI. She has been a fantastic resource for us and helps in any way she can. including leading a women's book study.
