Hope House
Supportive Housing
Program
The Hope House is a residential supportive housing program in Charleston, TN. We are the next phase after treatment or rehab for individuals who still need time to obtain a stronger foundation in their life and recovery. Each client has their own room and works an individualized program based on their particular needs, goals, and where they are in their recovery journey. There is no set amount of time to complete, and service fees are minimal. We charge $100 per week if clients have their own transportation and $150 per week if we provide transportation. Rides to and from work are provided Monday-Friday between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm. Our clients determine which church, meetings, Bible studies, life groups, etc. they want to attend on a regular basis. Other supportive services and referrals are provided as needed or requested.
Divine Designs
Discovery Program
(Career Calling)
Everyone has unique talents, interests, and God-given gifts, and we are designed to help serve others with those gifts. Identifying what they are and how we can utilize our life experiences, even the bad ones, is the beginning of living a fulfilled life. Clients choose from various tracks, including but not limited to entrepreneurship, continued education, ministry, and leadership. We work with clients to identify and grow their gifts, talents, interests, and passions. We also offer individualized workbooks, courses, and certification training to help our clients grow in confidence and marketability within their field of interest. Participants are encouraged to volunteer at local organizations whose interests and passions align with theirs while they are growing spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. We encourage continued learning as a way of life.
Additional
Supportive Housing Apartments
We are currently raising funds to finish renovating a small 2-bedroom cottage and provide additional apartments in Bradley County, TN. We hope to complete the renovation in 2024 and acquire or break ground for some duplexes in 2025. We believe providing supportive housing to those who wish to strengthen their foundation and work towards a sustainable career calling will reduce relapse, homelessness, and other setbacks typically experienced by the population we serve. Small communities of like-minded individuals working together help people stay connected and protected from future occurrences of needing assistance in group homes or rehabs.
